Suzanne Girard Travel & Communications (SGTC) was founded by Suzanne Girard and is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This boutique agency provides a unique blend of travel media relations and travel trade representation to their diverse base of clients. Suzanne’s expertise is in establishing and building travel media and sales relationships within the luxury travel market. Her focus is developing each client’s visibility and increasing their bottom line through direct sales and marketing activities. For over twenty years, Suzanne has held management positions with prestigious tourism companies, including: Destination British Columbia, The Fairmont Empress Hotel and Tourism Victoria. Suzanne was previously the Director, Tour and Travel Media Relations, with Tartan Group in their New York City office overseeing their travel trade division. As the company principal, she prides herself in dedicating five star client services, a lean-forward attitude and a commitment to achieving established goals. By being both flexible and results-driven, she consistently becomes a valued extension of her client’s internal sales, marketing and PR teams.
